Candidate search and selection
This is our core business of finding the right candidates for your vacancy. We have an extensive network of industry experts and a very large candidiate database hence we are able to source just the right candidate for almost any role and situation.
Many of our clients request us to organise and run assessment centres, whether this be for technical or operational roles or office based functions.
In addition we are able to offer leadership assessment centres and promotion board facilities and on occasion we have run senior leadership 'brainstorming' and strategy events and senior leadership team building events.
Some of our clients ask us to arrange for initial training in certain subjects such as basic operations or safety. Through our partner training organisations we are able to offer a comprehensive suite of training to ensure the selected is candidate to able to hit the 'ground running'.
This can be arranged either in house or using our array of business partner experts with whom we have formal arrangements.
